Richa Zirath, M.P.P.

Richa Zirath is a research analyst with Dobson | DaVanzo, joining the firm in July 2023. Ms. Zirath brings various experiences in public policy, quantitative data analysis, data visualizations, and decision modeling. Before joining Dobson | DaVanzo, she worked as a Health Policy Research Fellow at George Washington Milken Institute School of Public Health and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. As a fellow, Ms. Zirath focused on state Medicaid coverage of registered dietitian nutritionists and medical nutrition therapy for adults and children enrolled in fee-for-service and managed care.

Ms. Zirath holds a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in Health Policy from George Washington Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Financial Analysis and Data Analytics from the University at Buffalo. Ms. Zirath has a dynamic background and is passionate about making systemic changes in health care through data-driven policy decisions.

At Dobson | DaVanzo, Ms. Zirath is currently on the CMS Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) and Part D Drug Discount projects where she provides project management and serves as a project coordinator. She also provides research and analytical support to the CMS Medicare Parts C and D Data Validation and the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare projects.
