Stephanie Demian, M.P.H., Research Analyst at Dobson | DaVanzo, has public health and policy analysis experience at the local, state and federal level. In addition, Ms. Demian was an Assistant Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs with a medical association analyzing policy, research and payments.
Prior to joining Dobson | DaVanzo, she worked as an Implementation Manager with KEPRO, the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO), a federal contractor. Ms. Demian has extensive research, quality, as well as project and program management experience. Her specific expertise includes quantitative and qualitative data analysis and presentation, survey development and data collection, budgeting, and proposal and contracts administration.
Ms. Demian has worked with clients from various sectors, including public, private, association, and non-profit agencies, with a focus on policy analysis. She possesses broad experience with proposal management, contract implementation and management, in addition to reporting and delivering presentations across audiences.
Since joining Dobson | DaVanzo, Ms. Demian is supporting several government contracts related to Medicare Part D claims analysis. She also works on a CMS evaluation project. Finally, she regularly contributes to business development.
Ms. Demian holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Florida and her Master of Public Health degree in Public Health Policies and Programs from the University of South Florida, where she was a recipient of the Carl A. Gelin Endowed Fellowship Scholarship.
